I think a cruise is what you make it. We had a great time. We enjoyed time together with minimal planning required!

Food was overall pretty good. I would have liked the dessert buffet area to have stayed open longer. I realize there is ice cream and pizza late, but since there is no midnight buffet anymore I think it would be good if they at least left the dessert bar open longer. Also would have liked to see chips and salsa or some type of dip offered throughout the day and night as well as crackers to go with the cheese and leave that open longer. Also have hand sanitation spots everywhere that people are serving their own food!

Loved the water slide and dancing on the pool deck! Wish it hadn't been so windy so we could have done the ropes course!

Shows were wonderful and the comedy shows were fun too! Wish the venue for the comedy had been larger! Also enjoyed the DJ!

Size was good and we loved the balcony. We had other friends in the balcony room next door and they opened the door between the balconies. I just wished they had a way to latch the door back as we could hear it banging at night!
We had rented a clamshell and I think that could have been handled better. We had tickets that said leave the ship at 10:00 and when we got to the island we had trouble finding a clamshell. I suspect some people were sitting in them that didn't reserve. That could have been easily handeled by putting a number on each clamshell and then giving numbers out as people presented tickets as they arrived on the island. No ticket , no number and you need to go to the end of the island to rent.
This was the worst part of the cruise! We chose to take out luggage off to get off earlier and then they dismissed people who had their luggage taken off for them before they ever called our deck to leave, That made getting an elevator impossible and very difficult to get out luggage down the stairs. If they are going to offer the option of taking your own luggage so you can get off earlier then they need to let those folks off first and make the ones who had thieir luggage taken off for them wait.
