Review summary

Great Crew, Great Serenity area(very large and no kids). Main dining room was horrible(crowded, poor service and tables too close to each other...very few views and no atmosphere). This forced us to dine in the "pay" restaurants which were very good, not crowded and had great views. Maybe that is Carnival's intentions?

Glad you enjoyed the specialty restaurants. What do you mean by a “crowded” main dining room? Do you mean they asked you to sit with other people or wait for a private table?
