The crew knows who has eliminated the prepaid gratuities and it will affect the service you get, even when you tip your cabin stewards and wait staff in the dining rooms

They should bring back The Behind The Scene on the cruise.( I think that's what it's called ) Then you get to see some of the people working that you normally don't see. I would never stop giving gratuities. They ALL deserve that money. They work so hard trying to make sure we have a great time.

Ditto on the tipping. A lot goes to employees in laundry, food prep, etc.

I don't know about eliminating the gratuity. I agree with giving cash to the ones who give great service, but there are a lot of people behind the scenes that also give great service that you never see.
