Review summary

Done this trip a few times. Port is only 30 minutes from home. This would be a good first cruise to see what's it's like.

Onboard Activities

Didn't do many activities just enjoy being on ship.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Only saw 1 comedy show. They only had 1 comedian, according to him other comedian couldn't make it at last minute.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Staff always great but can tell they are short handed.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Most all places accessible by wheelchair the wife likes to sit outside and eat, really no place to do this on this ship like other ships except in the lido deck by pool.

Cabin / Stateroom

Loved this room. It was basically a room and a half. Plenty of room. 2 closets in hallway and 2 on right side of counter. On right side of counter closet is a open area to store luggage or what ever. I don't like the emergency switch so low on the headboard, you can hit it while sleeping or just laying in bed. Which I did, guest services called to see if we're ok. Power plug is far right on counter right behind phone. Phone cord is probably 5 inches long so can't move phone. Refrigerator is not in a cabinet it just sits underneath counter. That helps with it's air flow so drinks were relatively cold. Being in back of boat you do hear more mechanical noises but it's mostly going in and out of port. My sister stayed in a suite and our room was much larger.

Ship tip

Remember your on vacation not everything is perfect.

Nassau, Bahamas

Been numerous times. Lots of shops selling same stuff. Wife uses electric wheelchair so she's able to go most of the places we wanted in the chair.

Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)

Great island. Wife's uses a wheelchair, wish they had a bricked path or something to get her closer to water. Beautiful water and scenery.

Charleston, South Carolina
