Review summary

Overall I had an amazing time and looking forward to the next cruise. I’m still disappointed about the cake and response from room service. However, the dining room was amazing, this might have been the best entertainment, and we made friends

The dining room was amazing as always. I do have two complaints. We purchased a cake for our anniversary. The cake was hard, dry, and had no flavor. I’m a baker and can tell you by the crusty icing that it had sat out for a while. We took one bite and threw out the entire cake. My second complaint was room service. Most times they did not answer the phone even after long wait times. The app did not include everything such as the freebies or fries. The quality of the food has gone down. The service wasn’t great either. Once night after waiting an hour my paid order was cancelled. I had to call and wait another 30 minutes just to tell them that I still wanted my order.

The DJ, Spike, host of the Love and Marriage Show, and Bingo was everything. Can’t forget Mr. Jake it easy!

Thonka (sorry for the spelling) was the best part of the cruise. Amazing personality and very sweet. He had our room sparkling daily. I enjoyed him as our steward. The waiters were incredible as well. I did notice that on the first night they charged 3 different table’s meals to my name. Since it was free I didn’t complain it just made me look greedy. Lol. I probably would have assumed that it was for each course until I saw meals that included chicken. I do not eat meat. I do miss the food.
