Review summary

We had a fantastic time! I recommend bringing Dramamine or meclizine even if you don’t typically have motion sickness because this is the first time it hit me in 12 cruises. I luckily had some medicine that helped some. Always be prepared. It was brought on from the tender boat and not the actual Carnival ship. The people that sail out of this particular port seem to be more friendly than other ports I’ve sailed from. I’d highly recommend this port.

Quite a walking distance from parking to check in area. Buses are tight squeeze inside. Easy check in at port.

Food and Dining

Food was fantastic at buffet and pizza joint. We didn’t like the burgers at “Guys” but that is because we are picky when it comes to how our burgers are cooked. Less selection to choose from at buffet but the quality of food was top notch.

Service and Staff

Staff was friendly and always cleaning and working hard.

We were confused quite a few times getting off elevator and having to get back on to get to another floor to go through the middle of ship due to a restaurant being in middle of ship.

Next to elevator and for the most part quite. I never heard chairs or people above us the entire cruise.

Princess Cays (Cruise Line Private Island)

Beautiful piece of paradise. Leroy drove us to our private bungalow and picked us up when we were ready to head back to ship. We tipped him. We enjoyed the bungalow and would book one again.

Sorry Debbie I am just seeing your comment a year too late. I wouldn’t have had any hotel recommendations anyway since I live 2 hours away and drove. Hope you had a great cruise!
