Review summary

The boat rocked 3 days because of the rough waters. It was horrible. We felt it a lot. Each day on the deck the chairs had towels in them and no one ever came back to sit in them. You need workers to remove belongings if no one returns in 30 minutes because others dont get the chance to sit or layout on deck

Was on here in November. I had a towel animal everyday of our 5 day cruise. The only time we noticed any rocking was at night but that could also be in part because of maximizing the drink package lol. We didn’t use the pool area as it was an oversized bathtub essentially nor did we attempt to lay out much although the couple times my wife did I don’t recall her having any issues. You sound generally unhappy.

Been on the sunshine twice in the past 4 months. Smooth as silk. Towel animals daily. After 45 minutes feel free to move/take/steal anything left holding a lounger, great way to build up your towel collection at home. In our sailings however, the serenity had tons of empty loungers.

It's a ship, it's on water, it rocks. Maybe a regular hotel is more for you.

You have to tell the worker and they will start a timer so when those people don't show up then they will move the towels. A little backwards but it does get the job done.
