The Cruise was good, But we didn't like Freeport over Half Moon Cay, They should have taken us to a better port, if they can not deliver what we bought.

Review summary

This was our Honeymoon. The wifes first cruise. We was very much looking forward going to the Half Moon cay island. The weather didn't let us. I know we can not control the weather, not give us a low end port to replace it!!

It was great. Mr Jerry was very friendly and took care of us when we needed something.

Ship tip

Pick a cruise that they WILL take you to and not a port they give you in return of what you buy. I know we can not control the weather, don't give us a low end port to replace it

Glad you enjoyed and like you say the cruise line can’t control the weather.

Cruise after February the weather is better you don't have all that drama. I cruised on the sunshine this past June July my only complaint was too many people but it was beautiful we've sailed on the smaller ships.. but always late February March May and June..never any missed ports never any rough Waters except for Christmas of 2018 it rained all day and we missed Half Moon Cay but we had been there before I just felt bad for those that never have been it's a beautiful place Cruise again but pick warmer months.

Unfortunately, they are within their rights to even give you a sea day if weather does not suit docking. ALL cruise lines do this. Ships need advance planning to port, as many other ships can be docked there. They can not just pull in like a parking space if they feel like it.
