It was just okay. Hot in a lot of the interior. Probably won’t go again.

It was different- but honestly wasn’t bad. Be ready to check into a warehouse with super sweet people - sit- wait- then get on a bus for a short trip to the ship. Not the usual, but it worked!

I hate that they grouped these. Food in the MDR was actually really good. Our server was amazing. Don’t get the Mahi Mahi- but other than that- we were all pretty impressed. Drinks on the ship were difficult to get- queue was 10-15 minutes per drink. Bartenders rarely made eye contact or spoke other than to get your order.

With the exception of a small few, most employees made our entire group feel as if we were a burden. Hardly any personality- attention to detail etc. Would make me think twice to book Sunshine again.

Was fine for an interior. It was HOT so be prepared to be warm most of the time.

Really read reviews. Not just the 5s. Really did into the reviews and find common issues/complaints. It was a decent time with our group- we made the best of it- but we all had similar concerns.

Charleston doesnt allow announcements which forced people to adhere to their process more so than other ships we have been on. Super smooth. . . Except when our room attendant pressured us to leave the room prior to 8:30am and then we got scolded by an employee for being in the hallway. . . But we still managed to get off the ship smoothly.

Red Frog Pub on deck 5 was the best. After about 4-5 pm, it would get busy. Havana Bar deck 9 after was good. As I have stated, all the bars need more staff. And stop printing tickets and making us sign a receipt for those of us with the drink package. Slows down the entire process.

Keep an eye out for which bars are the busiest at certain times and go to a less busy one. All the bartenders where nice and most made drink suggestions when they weren't that busy. Havana bar was the best. And the red frog on floor 5.
