We absolutely loved this cruise and this ship! This was our sharpest trip we’ve been but still managed to squeeze everything in we wanted to do! Love the sunshine!!
Embarkation

We’ve left from Charleston several times, but on a smaller ship, the Ecstasy. Each time on Ecstasy, we waited between 1-2 hours in line to get on the ship so we were dreading a bigger ship with double the passengers. But the new embarkation was fantastic! We went through both lines and the shuttle in only 25 minutes and were on board eating lunch!

our favorite onboard activity is to lay in the sun and relax. We really didn’t try anything else but that’s okay! It looked like there was more than enough to do

We love going to the playlist production shows!! Comedy shows were good but wasn’t a fan of the comedians on board this time. Love and marriage show with Adam was our favorite!

Always fantastic service! There was a woman always found on the lido deck named Angelina who deserves a raise!! I’ve never met anyone more kind. Always asking about our day, and was so thankful anytime we told her thank you. There was also an amazingly friendly bartender at the casino bar and we never caught his name but he was always so nice with so much energy!!
Ship Quality

It had an awkward layout for sure but it didn’t bother us at all. It was still our favorite ship we’ve been on! Most awkward was the lido buffet.
Cabin / Stateroom

Perfect room at a perfect location. We were afraid we’d hear noise being so close to ocean plaza but we never heard anything!
Ship tip
Go in with a positive mindset and have fun!! If you plan on seeing a comedy show, we there when the doors open or you will not get a seat. Comedy club is small for its ship size and fills up really fast.
This is my least favorite port. There’s too much hassling, the beach is a long walk, and everyone wants you to buy something we still enjoy our time and make the best of it but I would enjoy it a lot more if you weren’t bombarded as soon as you get off the ship.
