Review summary

It was pretty disappointing for the amount you spend. Lines were always long. Food was not good at all. That was a common conversation onboard. Never cruised and had to pay extra for food in the dining room. Areas not accommodating for those needing accessible consideration.

Embarkation

Not friendly for those needing accessibility. You have to go inside and outside and back in to then go up a ramp that’s not accessibility friendly. Did all the paperwork and still didn’t have accommodations.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Food was awful. Not the usual cruise ship experience.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
Pool too small for guests. You just stand in one spot.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
DJs were great. Comedy was offensive. Not for a diverse audience.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Service was the best part. Lamphong, Stateroom Steward, anticipated my needs before asking. Couldn’t have asked for better. Servers were not as attentive but wanted to make sure Lamphong got his credit for greatness.

Ship Quality

A design that takes you through the casino to get to dining is a health hazard for those with lung issues, as well as kids. Getting to water park took you by the outside smoking section. Cabin entry was claustrophobic because of being so narrow. Balcony had visible rust and the depth accommodated the chair. If you had 2 people, one had to stand to let the other pass.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin entry was claustrophobic because of being so narrow. Balcony had visible rust and the depth accommodated the chair. If you had 2 people, one had to stand to let the other pass. The shower drain always slow until the water always covered the bathroom floor.

Ship tip

Please make another choice.

Ports of call

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5
Service great from the locals. Beach was clean.

Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)

3 out of 5
Beach was great. Had the food awkwardly placed for everyone to access. Would be better with multiple stations.

Disembarkation

2 out of 5
Over crowded. Not very well planned. The port takes you inside and out to get to next step. If it’s raining, you’re wet before you leave.
