The food was okay. I don’t remember them shutting down so early. Also the Buffett has the same selection everyday, not so good after the third day of the same thing.

Pools, bingo, behind the scenes tour - all of these were fun, I recommend the tour, it was informative.

The shows were awesome!! Adam has improved so much since I saw him a couple years ago on another ship.

the waiters were so busy they could not interact with us like the waiters on our last cruise. Also Anthony had bad body odor. We had to wait in line at the bar for drinks before the shows because they only had one person walking around taking drink orders, this was the same by the pool, at the comedy club and in the Casino were all lacking drink waiter staff compared to the other sips I have been on.
Mikey made up for all the not so pleasant experiences. Mikey has so much energy and had so much interest in the guest, he made it a point to meet everyone on the ship. Talk about feeling the love!! That is above and beyond customer service!!!!!

I still didn’t know my way around by the last day of our cruise.
The outside of the windows in the dining room could have been cleaned.
Cabin / Stateroom

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and our room was clean.
We did the beach hop excursion. I would prefer we have the ability to come and go as wee please instead of getting dropped off and having to wait for the bus to come back and get us.
The bananas bus drivers was made the ride fun and entertaining so it was like a two for one excursion.
