Overall a great week. Would not book a massage next time and I do not enjoy being pushed to purchase products. Would not book excursion next time as they are inconsiderate of personal situations.

Waiters, room stewards, bar staff, and entertainment were amazing. The staff at the spa and the excursion desk were less than helpful and not very friendly. Too concerned with selling products but don’t want to listen to other customer concerns. It is terrible after having a massage to have the personnel pushing to sell you products. Massage was disappointing as the personnel did not seem to be experienced and left us bruised for two days afterwards. Then pushed products on us for 15 mins following the massage when we should have been relaxing. Cancelled our other massages after that. We tried to cancel one of our three excursions because one in our group had a fever. The excursion desk would not allow it without charging us each a 25 percent fee stating that they had to have a minimum of 20 people or the excursion would be cancelled and we were a group of six that would cause the whole excursion to be cancelled. We pleaded with the person at the desk to consider our situation but he began to ignore us and then went in the back room and closed the door. We ended up going because we didn’t want to lose our money and there were more than 80 people on the overcrowded excursion!
We did the catamaran snorkel excursion. The staff were great but the boat was totally overcrowded and could barely snorkel due to people swimming into each other due to overcrowding.
