Admittedly, the cruise with the listing from a stabilizer malfunction was probably both rocky and scary as hell, but people really do. need to realize that they are cruising on THE OCEAN! And especially if you sail during the off season, you're gonna encounter WAVES of varying magnitude. That's just the way it is, and Carnival (and ALL the other cruiselines!) have NO control over it! Unless you have a mechanical problem on your ship, just assume that rocking is perfectly NORMAL, and just relax. 😎

Well....,, it is Hurricane season. Their doesn’t need to be a formed storm for the water to be choppy. I experienced rocking 2 years ago on the valor.

Well we had rocking on the Sunshine but had nothing to do with the ship😉Damn those 50th birthday celebrations...we'll see what NYE brings!🥂Cheers all! Life's too short to be miserable.

If these are people off the sunshine from last week, they had a ballast or stabilizer problem and made the ship tilt like 15 degrees. Most of the passengers had millenial melt downs and thought they heard the violin from the titanic.
