Review summary

This is a very nice ship but a bit short on the pool area to find seats, the problem is there are only 2 pools, and one is on serinity deck, so when you have over 1100 kids on board it gets a bit crowded.

Embarkation

Very well organized.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Great choice of food for breakfast, lunch, dinner & late night sandwiches, hot dogs & other choices.

Sunrise Dining Room

5 out of 5

All of our waiters were great, always there if we needed anything.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5

Beach Pool

2 out of 5

All pool area VERY busy, if you didn't put your towel on chair by 7:30 AM you were not able to get a chair anywhere including serenity decks. Signs say no reserving seats & towels will be removed after 40 mins. but not enforced the whole cruise.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
We take 3-4 cruises a year and we have seen the stage shows many times. Carnival needs to add more shows.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All and I mean all the waiters, room steward, and ship personnel were great.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Very nice balcony cabin, this cabin had a refrigerator where alot of cabins do not.

Ship tip

If you want to sit on any lounge chair and catch some rays be sure to reserve your chair early.

Do not just hang around Oranjestad, take a tour all the way down to baby beach and back up to lighthouse.

Bonaire, Netherlands Special Municipality

5 out of 5
Take a tour to north & south parts of Bonaire, very interesting, you can book it once you get off ship. our price was $25. each and tour was over 3 hrs. long.

Grand Turk Island
