Great cruising experience. The ship is well maintained and clean. The food variety is predictable but wholesome in taste, appearance and nutritional value. The Veteran Recognition event was appropriate.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
They were great. We tried the Italian restaurant. It was good for lunch but did not like dinner. I would rather eat in the main dining room.
RedFrog Pub
3 out of 5
Lido Deck service was good, burt first day 3 out of 3 adult beverages were below expectations--poor tasting products that included pina colada, frozen margarita and strawberry daquiri. Inconsistent quality assurance.
Sunrise Dining Room
5 out of 5
The staff was great
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
There was never enough chairs around the pool. Passengers "saving" them for hours and never came back to use them. Too many unattended children on the Serenity Deck qualified it for a name change to Non-serenity Deck.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Siti (stateroom stewardess) outstanding attention. Always ready to serve with a smile and greeting by name. Elpedio (Head Waiter) and Robyn were very friendly and efficient. Outstanding Dining Room service.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Stateroom was a little cramped and balcony space precluded lounge chair use. Toilet layout was somewhat restrictive and required deliberate maneuvering. The odor of CHT around the lobby area of Deck 4 & 5 was very unpleasant. The Engineer did a good job of keeping the smell out of the dining areas.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Cabin was smaller than anticipated but the staff service was great.
Ship tip
Do not go during Spring Break. Too many unruly, unsupervised, ill-mannered sub-adults!
First time in Aruba. It was better than Freeport, but not as good as Bonaire. The tour guide was less than enthusiastic and was challenged with English.
Beautiful, visitor friendly port facilities. Tour guide offered opt out due to 3-4 foot seas for the snorkeling excursion. As experienced divers/snorkelers, we took the trip and enjoyed it very much. Good value. Port security was mismanaged for the return to the ship. We were locked inside the shops and not allowed to exit to the pier for at least 20 minutes. Once at the gangway, the security scanner failed and we were held up without toilet access for a long time. I am in favor of established security protocol in these dangerous times, but the Security Officer needs to consider a redundant system to immediately replace technology failures or use manual searches to keep passengers moving. I would have much preferred frisking and manual scan than to expereience that kind of delay boarding.
