Buffets food was not very good Main dining room - lobster tails were grey in color and very fishy tasting. Baked potatoe was rotten in the middle

Onboard Activities

Pool- days on ship were intense because there are not enough chairs fir everyone snd then other guests would take others chairs

Entertainment

Compared to other cruises I have been on the entertainment was not excellent. The singing show was good but not an excellent stage show. The illusionist was terrible only one part of his show was good. The comedy was good however the bar it was held in was too small and guests need to stand in line 45 minutes before the show to get a seat or you would need to stand. Karaoke was not hosted with any energy by James to get the crowd supportive and participative.

Service and Staff

Had to chafe our dining room table Manuel and team was not very customer focused. They rushed us and did not speak Engkudh very well plus we were in a back corner of the Dining room where the lighting was very bad. We spoke with Dennis and he mined our seating to Nunthaporn and team. They were excellent!!! Had an encounter 3 Times with Julissa (Peru) - she is extremely rude and has no customer service skills we also witnessed her addressing an employee and was very rude to her in the middle of the dining room in front of guests.
