We will most likely not use Carnival again as there were too many kids aboard with not much supervision by parents. Food was OK but not up to par with other lines we have used. Price was the motivating factor in selecting this particular cruise but, I guess you get what you pay for.

WE do not like getting dressed up and prefer the buffets and "fast food" I was not impressed with the quality of the food on the buffets as compared to Princess.

Excellent fitness center. The entertainment was very good as we went to all of the events. Casino is very large.

Cabin was comfortable and size was acceptable but there was only one electrical outlet available making me happy that I brought along a double extension cord. I didn't like the door to the balcony as I prefer a sliding door.
Ship tip
This is a family type ship with lots of kids. If you are not comfortable with that, find another cruise line. All of the outdoor movies were rated for kids.
Loved the Sunshine... going on her again in April. We never cruise when the kids are out of school! We try to go between March and the middle of May, That has worked well for us.

I had the same experience in July from NY to the same ports. I don’t think it was Carnival for the most part. I blamed 90% to the people and time of the year.
