It was disappointing to not go to St. kitts. Carnival should reimburse something for this. Reimbursing $7.10 was a slap in the face. Entertainment (other than the shows at 7:15 and 9:15) was poor. Punchliner room was horrible. Food was good. Pool was too small. Ropes course was almost always closed.

The staff in Sunrise restaurant (Samuel & team) were amazing. Buffets were ok. They could add more variety instead of having same food every breakfast and lunch. I was hoping they had some more indian, Chinese and Mexican dishes.

The restaurant was good and our staff was very good and attentive. They worked very hard with a smile to make their guests happy.
Onboard Activities

Disappointed by the onboard activities. The slides were not comfortable, hurt when you slide down. The ropes course was mostly closed. If its windy during the normal open hours, they need to accommodate the hours with other times. Kids were disappointed.
Entertainment

The entertainment on this ship was weak. The Punchline comedy room was horrible. It was too small and funky shaped. We had to stand in line outside of the Limelight lounge for an hour before every show to get in and get a seat. It was hard to get to as well. No direct access to the lounge. Comedians were good. The shows in Liquid Lounge were good. I was hoping they had more poolside programs like zumba, dance hour etc on the sea days. Afternoons were pretty boring on sea days.

Didn't like ship layout, specially limelight lounge. Also to get to the staterooms on deck 5, you have to go through casino which is a torture with all the smoke. Cleanliness was ok.
Cabin / Stateroom

The shower drain was clogged. We called maintenance twice. Once nobody answered the call and the second time they didn't send anyone. The shower pan drained very slow. You're standing in 3 inches of dirty water after the shower. The hair dryer stopped working. They didn't answer the call for 30 mins and my hair dried out in the meantime. Customer service was very poor.
Ship tip
Have been on couple other carnival ships and this was the most disappointing one. Entertainment was weak, ship layout was bad and customer service was poor. The wifi barely worked and they charged us by the day for the wifi. Facebook pics wouldn't load up, couldn't chat on whatsapp. Guest services sent a message to their tech team and we never got a response from them. Wifi plan was total rip off.
Although they were calling guests by deck to disembark, they were not checking the deck number. There were people who were getting out even if their deck was not called. This is not fair to others who waited for 1-1.5 hour. Poorly managed.
The ship does have some issues, but over all really more positive!! Just remember that youโre time on a ship (or on land) is what you make of it!! I enjoyed the people and staff always friendly and ready to help!!!!!

You sound like a very unhappy person. Perhaps you should just go on vacation by yourselfand check into a hotel room so you donโt make everyone else miserable!!!!!!!!
Consider MSC for your next trip, seems it would fit your desires perfectly... the number of dance classes on the deck and in the main lounge irritated us but are probably exactly what you want... incredibly easy to navigate the ship too with minimal smoke negativity... (Divina we sailed)
