Review summary

My time is as valuable as everyone taking excursions and to be forced to wait until everyone that had excursions scheduled through carnival get off the ship is wrong. Have two disembarkment points. Dont treat me like a third class citizen if i dont schedule an excursion through you.

Pretty much loved all the food except desserts on the lido deck. They have no flavor. Desserts in the dining rooms are great though. Loved the burgers at Guys. At a dinner we ordered the fries with garlic butter and they came plain. The waiters said they dont do the garlic butter on that cruise - Well don't put it on the menu then. What happened to having tableclothes every night. Elegant nights should be scheduled on at sea days not days when you are in port until 5pm and 7pm-give us a break, you cant even get a shower in.

Our room steward disappeared after the first day and we just figured we never saw him but he was moved to another floor and we didnt know until 3 days later when we mentioned to another steward that we never see him.

Ship Quality

Areas are way too small for all the people. When the ship was renamed and new amenities added they should have redone the entire ship. The ship is very outdated. It is kept clean

Cabin / Stateroom

We had toilet problems on two different days where we couldnt even use it for several hours. Rooms are outdated.

people who already paid for their excursion need to get off first so they won't miss their excursion since it's already paid for.have a little patience that's all

No one makes you wait, though? They have a meeting spot for Carnival booked excursions. Otherwise, you're free to go.

Huh? We have never had to wait to disembark @ any port w/or w/o an excursion. Once the port authority has given the all clear you are good to go
