I Think with the Pool Serenity and Hot sub in Serenity my husband and I couldn't go into it because it was run by young kids ALL THE TIME AND NO ONE FROM THE SHIP IN FORCE THEM TO GET OUT IT WAS SO HORRRIBLE THE KIDS WAS RUNNIING THRU THE HALLS ALMOST KNOCKING PEOPLE DOWN ALL OUT OF CONTROL SHOULD BE A PLACE WHERE ADULTS CAN GO AND SWIM AND RELAX.

Was not very clean Dusty I had to clean it myself with a rag and I drank from a class ice water and I put it on a tray so he can give us a clean on and he took it off with the same water I left in there and never gave me a clean glass he only gave me a clean glass once I put dirty banana peels in the glass when we first step on to our balcony to sit down there was black hair on the table (disgusting) once again I had to clean it there were not more beach towels down stairs I called for beach towels didn't get them to a day later. we are taking another Cruise in August on the New Vista and I pray this doesn't happen or we are done with Carnival.

Turks was HORRIBLE the Natives are like Vultures wanting to charge you for chairs and umbrellas to sit up front by the water and you have ants crawling all over you, we will never go back there.

Poor Browneyes. Call Security next time instead of complaining. Had the same happen to us but we got it taken care of. You should really learn how to punctuate. Cruise when school is in session!!!!!!'😎😎

You should cruise like I do- during the school term. MUCH LESS of all your issues. And you do not have to take an apple for the Captain!
