At best OK, i appreciate that there was a lot of effort put into the food service but it still felt like a 'canteen' approach - speed and throughput being the most important factor, also having to pay for 'better' quality food having already spent $3k on the cruise seemed again like a 'profit opportunity' - not impressed. Drink - Only being able to buy booze from the ship bars was a major issue - being forced to buy expensive booze is just another way of racking up profit - not impressed at all

I worked out the ship was over 20 years old and in lots of places it really showed. Our cabin was spotless but you couldn't hide the many paint jobs that were 'nearly' good, the rust in the bathroom and the fact the ship has done a lot of cruises. Biggest gripe was the internet - i paid $40 for a package that was frankly useless, i had several business issues that i needed to attend to but was unable to do so - this should have been addressed with some investment in technology on the ship - really not acceptable - the solution is money not technology based, therefore i have to assume the ship owners can't be bothered to invest in the solution to stand up to the promise they made.

Cabin / Stateroom

Spotlessly clean, but - wardrobe door kept coming off the runners, parts of the bathroom showed signs of rust - bottom of the bathroom door - at the bottom. Would have liked a kettle/ coffee making option
