Review summary

This was my first time on the Sunshine, loved it.  The crew is fabulous, a ton to do (or not do if you simply want to relax).

We splurged on a suite, which was nice except there were times the sewage smell right outside the cabin (in the hall and the balcony) was pretty bad... guessing wherever it stores was pretty close. It did not ever smell inside the cabin. Our cabin steward was okay but my least favorite of all the cruises I've taken...i would have expected the best in a suite.

The chef's table was a blast.

I would go on this ship again and I love Carnival.

I have been on the Dream, January I'm going on the Magic. very excited. Will eventually try the Vista, or Horizon depending on the timing!

if you get the opportunity, try the Breeze. it puts the Sunshine to shame. The balcony cabin was quite large.

I am pretty sure the vents to the bathrooms go out into the hallways since there is no way to vent to the top of the ship. So if you go by a cabin where someone has just gone you will smell it.
