Review summary

Time away was relaxing.  The people who worked on the ship were friendly.  However, we were very disappointed with the service.  Our steward came into our room only once a day.  The waiters in the dining room were so busy that we didn't get that personal attention and it typically took 90 minutes.  We believe that the staff has been cut way back but the tips are still automatically included.  The sound system in the Liquid Lounge was poor.  We also wish there was more variety in the entertainment.  We were able to pick up our own luggage from the main hallway at 7:00 PM.  This was frustrating too.

It was roomy for the two of us. We liked having a balcony.

JJ's and the pasta bar were the best places for lunch. We preferred eating in dining room for breakfast.

It's nice to have that turn down comfort at night when retuning to your cabin late but, I not do this at night and those cabin stewards are way over worked and I ask that they pass by my cabin to give them some what of a break.

We make up our own bed and keep our room clean, just like at home. We prefer the Stewards come in and go quickly. When we do hotels on land, we prefer that they stay out of our rooms unless they have to. With that said. we're doing our 10th cruise next month on the Sundhine. we've never had bad service anywhere on any ship.

Im assuming she meant her luggage wasnt delivered to the cabin by 7pm.

We sailed in March and our Cabin steward asked if we wanted morning and evening service to the cabin if you select both your cabin is only cleaned once a day. We had a Spa cabin and I can't complain about the cabin or dining service as we had YTD

also how long was your cruise? sometimes they are running behind w full ship load but they make up the cabin in the am if ur out and about, and then turn down w towel animals... nice more chocolate on the pillow... boo hoo

typically if you don't put your bags outside the door by a certain time the last night of the cruise, your carrying your own stuff. we prefer it that way. we were off vista w 4000 plus people and in our car and on the road within 30 min. my cousins had to claim there's and they got back home to Punta Gorda from miami by 4 pm. we got off at 9
