Review summary
Loved the Sunshine. Plenty for everyone to do on sea days especially our very active kids. Kids loved the sports square and water works. The pool was a little small for the amount of passengers and there was not much of a shallow end at all but my kids were happier on the slides anyway. Plenty of deck space...I never had to go without a chair.
Dining room left a little to be desired both food quality and service. I loved guys burgers and the blue iguana on the lido deck, could have eaten all my meals there.
We had a great tour in St Kitts that we booked privately through Proper way taxis, be sure to ask for Omari and have him customize your tour. In Antigua we used scenic tours Antigua and went to dark wood beach. The beach was not crowded and had reasonably priced drinks and food. Dark wood had a play structure for the kids called aqualympia. It's a floating inflatable obstacle course that charges by the hour. Kids loved it but they dId get a little banged up.
Booked the surfing excursion in Puerto Rico through carninval. It was awesome. Definitely have a swimshirt or one piece suit my girls stomachs were rubbed pretty raw from the friction of the boards.
As for the port of Charelston......if at all possible use the self assist option for disembark and do not check your luggage. We made that mistake and we were stuck on the boat for hours. Those who self assisted walked right off.
