Family of 4 (16,9 daughters).  Get what you pay for and less!

-Small club with few counselors.

-Faster to the Fun (not worth it, still chaos)

-Poor food

-Limited things for family's to do

-forced to walk through casino (smokey)

-many pics done in smokey areas

-poor service at all BARS

-bubbles program is a rip off as your child will not get served at the bars where they have to get their drinks.

-We did have a great stateroom host

-save a little more money and do a different cruise line if you have kids

-if you want to drink and gamble, this is the cruise for you

Ship experiences

1 out of 5
Pizza was okay. Thats all the positive.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
Very limited unless you are drinking and gambling.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
comedy club is okay but small and packed, have to stand in line over 1/2 hour if you want a seat.

Children's Programs

1 out of 5
SMALL area, limited counselors, limited things to do for your child. They will not like it!

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Stateroom host was great. Rest terrible.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
everything is tight compare to other cruises we have done.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Cabin is at rear so you will "feel" more. room itself was ok.

Ship tip

The pizza is good. That ended up being what we ate most of the time as dinning room food is terrible.

I am always amazed at the number of people who get suckered in the faster to the fun. All in all and considering the cost you really don't get much except the idea of getting on and off the ship faster. I keep that money right where it belongs. in my pocket.

I agree about the kids club/activities. The area was WAY too small and for the first time ever my 11 y/o did not enjoy anything about the clubs. She said the counsellors were abrupt and rude, and if they didn't want to dance or do whatever she decided she continuously threatened to make them just go sit with the younger kids. Ridiculous!

I agree about the food. We ate in the dining room twice and it was horrible. We did enjoy JiJi and the Italian restaurant. This will however be our last cruise on carnival.

You were "forced" to walk through the casino? We were on the Sunshine last July, and I'm pretty sure that there are walk- throughs on other decks.

Wow sounds like you need a family friendly Disney cruise...but you really need to loosen up maybe leave kids not everyone lives s bubbles....have a couple shots and have fun life is short traveled for 25 years have done them all very high end ....but prefer Carnival for fun!!! Peace out

Why don't you do your homework before you book a cruise??? So many different food options on the Sunshine. She is a wonderful ship.. You should go to an all inclusive resort. You also sound like you are not a happy person. Smile !!!
