Review summary

The ship was nice although the passageways are narrow. Can be confusing at the beginning but overall a great ship. The onboard entertainment was wonderful as well as the guests who were so bombed provided extra entertainment. Donkey was a great cruise director. The ports were beautiful and would love to return to Curacao one day. The staff were always pleasant, helpful, and hard working. The boarding was better than ever and would definitely recommend faster to fun, well worth the money. Our children were not too impressed or interested in the camps this cruise.  The spa cabins with balcony on the 10th floor  were wonderful and relaxing. I would definitely stay on this floor again on this ship. Overall we enjoyed this cruise, our 6th but not our last on Carnival Sunshine.

Haven't been on a New Year's cruise yet, but I think they have festivities all over the ship, especially on the Lido deck though, where the main countdown would be. They would probably come around with Champagne. We will be at sea between San Juan and Grand Turk at that time.

Were going on the New Years cruise also. It will be our first time cruising. Does anyone know if they plan anything special for New Year's Eve? Looks like that will be just after leaving Puerto Rico...right?
