Review summary
This ship was the Destiny--it was refurbished (added 2 more decks), so there were a lot more people on board & the public areas had not been increased. Food was okay, but not outstanding. Had to wait in long lines to see the shows. Staterooms were small--I couldn't go by the bottom of the bed without colliding with my husband's feet. Most activities were geared to the 18-40 age group. Music was geared to them, so it was constant thumping & very loud. Ship did a very poor job of disembarking at Aruba. We arrived at 1 pm & had a tour at 1:30. Instead of announcing that people with 1:30 tours disembark first, everyone was crammed into extremely long lines on deck 0. This was a problem for my husband who has trouble standing for long periods of time. This ship goes to Bermuda on Oct 2. & we had considered going on it--after this experience, we have decided never to travel on this ship again.
