I have been on numerous cruises as well as other carnival shops. Will never go with them again. Horrible time.

They sat us at a table for 12 people. In the middle of the dining room. Only one other couple showed up all week. Ridiculous having a large empty table and nobody offered to move us to meet other people. Very bad courtesy and disrespectful. Buffets were always very busy. Food left a lot to be desired. Compared to other cruiselines.
Onboard Activities

Pools were loaded with kids. Running , jumping. No order. Had very little chance to use such a small pool with so many people. Did game quizzes. Saul the person doing most of them hard very hard time reading and speaking English. People were getting annoyed. Could not enjoy this at all. One activity the person didn't even show up as planned.
Entertainment

Compared to other cruises I have been on 11 other cruises. This entertainment was an insult. The first night show was the cruise director did it and it was very boring. The dancers were ok but not fantastic. The comedians they had were boring and not even funny. What was worse this was basically what they offered every night for 5 days. Never heard of this. Terrible. Aside from the show soulbound all else had very little preparation. Like they didn't even care.

Waiters were probably the best thing we had. Room was dirty. Dust on the shelves. Same soap build up on the sick left all week. Did replace the soap bar all week. Left dishes in room. Basically only did the bed and toilet. Didn't even vacuum 3 if 5 days. Same dirt there all the time. Room 1309

Common areas were very clean. Layout of the ship left a lot to be desired. Very old Kay out. Very boring.

Ship tip
Don't sail on carnival. This coming from an experienced cruiser.
First time there will never go back. 50 dollars round trip by cab for 2 people to take us to downtown and it was 2 hits and street vendors. What a rip off. The port should be embarrassed to even offer these islands.
There was a 10 dollar balance on my girlfriend's account and we were refused getting off until it was paid. Not only embarrassing but cost us an hour at survive desk to pay it when the card on file still had money it.
I'm sorry nothing on your cruise seemed to please you.
My husband loves half moon, we are taking my grandson for his 1st cruise.
The people on Grand turk are amazing every time we go.
Nassau is not one of my favorite ports. But you can always find something to do on the ship.
We love carnival. I have never had an issue with them yet.
We love Grand Turk. The beach by the ship is clean and nice. Snorkeling on either side of the pier is always fun. It is a great day without having to spend much, if any, money. If you cannot have a good time in Grand Turk, the issue may not be the island.
