Review summary

Getting on and off the boat was smooth and easy. Snacks during day were good. Food served during meal times was adequate- usually cold. The service wasn’t good and staff was overall rude. Never experienced something like this before. Guest services wasn’t helpful. Turned me off from carnival for good now!

We had one good performer- guest singer but other then that poor entertainment

We went to guest services several times and promised things would be taken care of- never were. Awful service in dinning rooms as well. Waited over 15 minutes to have someone greet us, then our meal took over an hour due to slow service. On private island they delayed our excursion, told us to come back in 30 minutes twice. Then they left without us.

Too small and didn’t have an extra bed for our daughter like promised. She is 17 so it wasn’t like she could sleep in the bed with us.

Our excursion was delayed twice and when we checked back the second time 10 minutes before they told us to they left without us. We weren’t able to do our excursion. Staff was extremely rude and didn’t care. Not a good experience.
