Food quality was excellent, long lines at buffets and included venues. My time dining stunk because the Hub app stunk and I didn’t enjoy different tables & waiters every night. No continuity of service.

Poorly organized, people everywhere trying to find the way off the ship. There was nobody helping us avoid dead ends and blocked passage ways. If misery loves company then we had that because we weren’t alone in the struggle to get out.

Thank you for sharing. I’m not fond of the layout on this ship. The Hub app works fine most of the time. I did notice on my last cruise (ended 3/11) that leaving the ship was a bit easier since they don’t make tons of announcements but instead sent a message to the app saying it was your turn. It seemed to help since people who normally just leave when they feel like it didn’t seem to know debarkation had begun!
