Review summary

Great time with family and friends would do it all over again: We had a group of 44 age arranging from 4years old to 65 years old some cruise before a lot of them were first timers. Something to do for all of them all the time. I had 2 guests that had issues with the air, but that didn’t stop them from having a great time. 1 went to customer service and the other didn’t. CS took care of the one that did reported the issue, and also sent her a few goodies to her room. Over all we had a blast can’t wait for our next one.

Hands down with service. Everyone was very welcoming and Kadac took the cake with cleaning our room and making sure we had what we needed.

Kadac was GREAT. It was clean when we walked in and Kadac kept it clean.

We started walking off at 8:30 and it was very, very easy and quick. We haven’t cruised since COVID and last I remember was very long lines, so I told my guest to be prepared for a long wait only to get through very quickly.
