Review summary

Guys Burger Joint did not have ketchup or mustard in the dispenser the entire cruise. Only had 1 ice cream machines in service resulted in long lines. Formal took over 2 hours to complete

The cash register or Point of sale register went down and we could not get a drink or food. $7.95 chicken sandwich. I gave a $20 and told them to just keep the change. Still could not make me a sandwich. Stunned!

I was on the ship less than a year ago. Never had an issue. Wasn't thay worn out. And I see you sailed on her 2 times in 2020. Must not be to bad. Sorry you had a bad experience. Maybe it was cruising during the holidays 🤔

If the ketchup and mustard dispensers were out, I personally would have told staff to have them filled unless they had bottles there instead, then not a real big deal.

I assume you were in town at some local store trying to get a Chicken sandwich? Odd that they did not revert to manual processing but took your 20 and gave you nothing.
