Review summary

Ship was cleaned, ports was nice, liked I mentioned before, I don't know if they lacked staff or they current staff wasn't trained correctly or they were overwhelmed but the service in the main dining room was definitely subpar. However, my room steward Lili from Nicaragua was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we were ok.

The pool was overcrowded and small, their were no live shows, the room that the comedy show was in was extremely small so people was sitting on the side of the room where you really could not see the act.

Apparently the guest before placed dye on the sink counter and as a result, it was stained.

Ship tip

Do not have any great expectations, I guess I was highly disappointed. I have traveled on many Carnival ships and I was not impressed. Not sure if this was Covid-19 related or what...Very disappointed.
