The windows on flor 9th are dirty (outside).

Everything was perfect except water came from the dreins (plumbers came 3 times y staff) but the smell was bad, the rest of the cabin excelent.

We was unable to board due to a paper that wasn't even listed, then to be told 2 days later it was a staff training error and we had all our requirements to board. We still have not received a refund or been able 2 reschedule our cruise 4 our Anniversary
