Overall a great experience. The staff is great. Everyone of them. They really work hard. I recommend the prepaid gratuities AND for housekeeping staff. They work really well

Perfect temperature and some spots were on the table. Something sticky. But overall everything was clean.

Yes. I did not like the tour guide Raymond. He was rushing us. We didn't get off the bus to sight see. He let us off to take one picture. He took us to a grocery store to allow us to stop because people requested something.
