Overall a great experience. The staff is great. Everyone of them. They really work hard. I recommend the prepaid gratuities AND for housekeeping staff. They work really well

The DJs were not good at all. They do not read the audience well. The Stage productions the Kareoke and the comedy shows were excellent.

I saw the elevators and the lido deck being sanitized all day.

Perfect temperature and some spots were on the table. Something sticky. But overall everything was clean.

Yes. I did not like the tour guide Raymond. He was rushing us. We didn't get off the bus to sight see. He let us off to take one picture. He took us to a grocery store to allow us to stop because people requested something.
