Overall a great cruise and great shore experiences, but some issues with noise in cabins and vibrations from engines too loud. Shore excursions were changed due to COVID and glad we went to Nassau for the Blue Lagoon Dolphin Excursion -my family loved it!! Ocho Rios Dunn Falls was a great experience, but the maze of vendors at the end ruined the experience. Vendors are very aggressive and mean. Hold onto your wallet if you go here!
Embarkation

Crowded and busy, glad they have time slots
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Lots of variety and excellent service
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Hot tubs were cold a couple days. Ropes course was fun as was the mini golf and water slides.
Entertainment
2 out of 5
Too many flashing lights in the shows- caused serious migraines. Comedian was poor, magician was okay. You could hear the bar music in the rooms and it was too loud and not good for families.
Children's Programs
3 out of 5
No really organized activities - called it "choice" time so kids chose what to do. Mostly spent time playing with play dough and watching movies. The pre-school program was cancelled completely.
Service and Staff

Everyone was super helpful and polite
Ship Quality

Very clean and easily accessible. One thing I would change is the main dining room in the aft with engine noise.
Cabin / Stateroom

Perfect suite - lots of storage for your clothing / items. Great balcony view
Ship tip
Do not book on deck 5 aft. Lots of noise from the bars - (this is where my kids rooms were). Also lots of vibration from the engines
Loved Dunn Falls, but the route out had you go through local vendors and I felt like I was being accosted. Hold onto your wallet and personal belongs - the vendors are over aggressive and not pleasant, so we did not buy anything, but tried to hurry out of the maze of vendors.
We did the Blue Lagoon Dolphin excursion. Everything was amazing!!! People were friendly and organized. Lunch was okay. I wish we had more time to just enjoy the beautiful beach. The beach is protected in a cove and you do not get the waves - if you want to body surf stay on the main island. (my older boys did a short hike from the dock to a beach and had an awesome day body surfing). On Blue Lagoon the entire cove is very shallow and perfect for younger children - not great for snorkeling, but grandkids still had fun. The dolphin experience was amazing and the staff incredible.
Glad someone told us that they collect your luggage the night before so we knew to have a small bag for our bathroom / overnight stuff. We were able to choose our disembarkation time and enjoyed breakfast and sitting on the boat while the main rush of passengers left.
