Food and service was great in the main dining rooms. Other small places to eat could have been opening with longer hours.

Waiters, room stewards were excellent. Customer services were okay. Watch your billing since the spa service makes mistakes and basically ruin my cruise from day one. With a lot of time wasted on customer service line.

Cabin was great except for the bed. Just a uncomfortable king size mattress set up ( two twins put together) after night one we both tried avoiding the center of the bed.

Watch your billing and watch out with their shore excursions. We were scam along with others in our group.

If you notice when you book it says the beds are put together to make a king bed. Didn't know if you read that or not. We didn't have an issue with it when we went last time. But to each their own. Sounds like maybe you should choose a different vacation? Sorry you didn't enjoy it

Sorry you had issues and hopefully you enjoyed most of it. If I could give everyone one tip we have learned after 30+ years of cruising it is to stay away from the spa. They always have a very hard upsell and sometimes confusing and questionable charges.
