Not bad. We went with our family including two young kids and we were able to relax a bit. The ports were nothing special, and the prices there were even more expensive than the US. The food in the dining room was nothing great, but the lunch options were fantastic.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Fast and easy. No huge lines, just wish they told you that you could board before your scheduled time
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Good for the most part. Almost everything they served in the dining room was the same as at the buffet, without the wait. But the frog legs were awful, cold and mushy. Desserts were good. Taco bar and lucky Bowl were awesome.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Pools and water slides were great. The rope climbing course and sports area were fun and busy.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Musicians were good, wished they would play something on the large outdoor screens during the day other than Carnival advertising. The first show of the trip was modified because the ship was too rocky for dancing, but still entertaining just to watch them sing.
Children's Programs
5 out of 5
My son didn’t want to leave. The staff was so wonderful with the kids, and provided interactive entertainment. The security was tight, and they gave us a phone in case of emergencies. I felt comfortable leaving my kids in good care.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The staff was wonderful, very friendly and remembered my kids names all around the ship.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The interior of the ship was very clean, staff members were constantly disinfecting every surface, floors and bathrooms. The outside of the ship had quite a few rust marks and the windows from our cabin looked pretty dirty.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Very spacious and clean. Hey very comfortable king (2 twins pushed together), couch and cot bed fit us all (2 adults and 2 toddlers).
Ship tip
Enjoy the free entertainment, don’t waste your time with the art auctions.
