I was so very pleasantly surprised with how quickly we boarded the ship!! We arrived at the port around 12:15 and got on with no lines at all.

The food was OK....certainly nothing amazing. I was happy to not have to cook. Definitely try the pizza--it was the best thing I ate.

Onboard Activities

We used the pools, hot tubs, mini golf, volleyball court, and the ropes course.

Entertainment

Not bad....shows were pretty good. One comedian was bad, the other was funny.

Both my younger daughter (6) and my older one (15) very much enjoyed their respective clubs.

Some of the ship was hard to navigate because of poor design. Overall though, the ship was nice.

Even though we weren't in there much, it was sooo crowded with 4 of us in the room when we were there.

Ship tip

Go to the adults only part of the ship for quiet time. Get there early to get one of the huge beds up there.

Carnival seriously need to reduce the amount of passengers on the Carnival Sunrise. That ship is overbooked by 1000 or more passengers.
