On a scale of one to ten i give the cruise director Chris Williams a SOLID ONE & that's because someone decided to not have a live Rock or R&B Band. I give the violin and Guitar players a ten, but that wasn't enough entertainment. I give the cruise a Six out of Ten because Carnival security guards let groups of kids run up and down the Hallways all night using profanity and racial slurs. I know the fish shack could've made more money but those disrespectful kids ran off paying customers with their profanity and racial slurs and i know this from other cruise passengers telling me this.

Onboard activities were great, but it was somewhat ruined by too many kids. That's the reason I don't ever plan to do another Christmas cruise again

Room services and house keeping were above reproach. Mr Larsen kept our room spotless on Carnival SUNRISE and shout out to Mr. Made on Carnival Glory during my 2018 November cruise who kept my room just as clean.
Ship Quality

Yes Carnival SUNRISE recently came out of dry docks with millions spent on upgrades, but the ship is still old and somewhat dated but overall i gave SUNRISE a four out of five star rating
Cabin / Stateroom

Room wasn't as big as last year room on Carnival Glory and that's because the Glory room was a Suite, but i did enjoy my Balcony Room, but next time I'm going with a Suite.
Ship tip
Don't ever do a Christmas cruise unless you don't mind a bunch off kids running up and down the Hallways all night using profanity like a drunken sailor on leave
Plenty of places to spend money and shop but be careful. My brother purchased just a fish sandwich for his wife and himself and they charged him Seventy ($70.00 ) American dollars. He had to pay because they'd already ate the sandwiches
In the interest of ptofit over customer satisfaction, i believe Carnival made a horrible mistake by increasing passenger capacity on Carnival SUNRISE. The Carnival SUNRISE had too many passenger on too small of a ship to be comfortable on the Christmas cruise
