There are definitely somethings that carnival could change to make your cruise and experience better. The entertainment is fun and the variety of food is good. The food it's self is not good. Many times it's cold when it should be hot

Food in the dining room was horrible. Each time I thought it would be better but it wasn't. Items were cold that should have been warm. Bottomless bubbles you should offer a machine where people with this can swipe and get their drinks standing at the bar with 20-30 other guests that are getting alcoholic beverages makes it challenging to get a pop/soda for those that don't drink.

Don't get the social media WiFi it loads very slow and doesn't really work.
Sorry to hear you had a bad experience but we definitely had a great time on the Sunrise. The food in the MDR was delicious every day. My family had a great time. Will definitely cruise on her again.
Don't listen to Derek. He apparently never attended English class so you can't expect him to understand that just because you don't have any other cruises listed, doesn't mean you haven't been on any. His ignorance clearly causes him so much pain that he feels the need to attack others for expressing their opinion. I thought your review was very helpful
