Review summary

The sunrise general layout was good, however my cabin sucked and overall this was worst cruise vacation ever and I take a cruise ever year. My experience with carnival on this cruise will have me avoiding them in the future and before this trip CARNIVAL was my favorite cruise line. The activities sucked, entertainment systems did not work for shows, cabin sucked, and guest customer service sucked, room service sucked, I HAD TO TAKE A FEW DAYS OFF UPON MY RETURN FROM THIS TRIP TO REST BECAUSE THE CABIN I WAS IN NO SLEEP BECAUSE OF NOISE FROM OLD WALLS.. WALLS CRACKED ALL DAY AND NIGHT

Cabin was awful, noise, no rest, no peace, no relaxation, worst cruise ever because of this, sounds old and broken made noise all day and night walls boat etc

Avoid this ship and customer service from management guest service was awful.

Always research where cabin is on ship. Since remodel they added rooms but put them right next to entertainment venue. We sailed in September and cabin was on second level and we could hear the parties in the third floor atrium clearly every night. Not pleasant but I understand people stay up late on vacation and I went to bed and turned the TV on until I went to sleep. Plus take a nap during the day. You might not be so cranky.

Two things. You probably get up in the morning and look at yourself in the mirror and complain. Second. You had Chris, The Flying Scotsman. He is the best Cruise Director in the fleet. Try being positive AND do your research before you book your next cabin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
