carnival never disappoints and this time didnt change. had a gorgeous time on a gorgeous boat.

food was great! hated how people complained the WHOLE TIME! If your on a cruise dont complain about food or service....just suck it up! your on vacation!! read reviews about running out of food that simply is untrue. One place I could not get enough of was the lunch pasta bar. hit the spot every time!

when it comes to service and staff I will always stand by carnival! From my steward to my wait staff everyone is always willing! I got upset more with guests who complained about the wait staff. just be happy you can afford to go on vacation.

the ship was always clean on every floor there was someone cleaning I never passed by someone that wasn't cleaning. as far as the ship layout it was a little confusing but once u got the hang of it, it was super easy. as far as the smoking....you are only supposed to smoke at the casino bar!! of course people dont listen but I rest my case.

this is the only complaint. miami and fort Lauderdale have the rudest and most inconsiderate customer service. I've worked in hospitality and there is no excuse
