I have spoken with carnival 3×, I have sent photos, From what I have read they could care less, probably $50 credit is what the norm is..and if thats the case I will dispute the charge & lawyer up, if more people would stop tolerating bad behavior it would stop..

Pools capacity is 40. 100 lounge chairs takin up by the same people who leave towels their for trip duration.

NOTHING! pile of rust, filth, water filled, no aircondioning, paint peeling, smell of garbage, mold, smoke, worst layout going through casino to floors, elevator never in use, ceiling falling down, bathrooms overflowed, soooo many problems!

NO AIRCONDIONING! BATHROOM FLOODED, LOUD CEILING BANGING FROM PIPES, NO FRIDGE WORKING, BALCONY RUSTED FILTH CHIPPING PAINT, NO COLD WATER IN SINK OR SHOWER, ROOM WAS A HOT BOX OF 87°. STAY AWAY MAINTENANCE WAS CALLED DAILY! THIS CRUISE LINE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU!

STAY AWAY! IF A SHIP SPENT 200 MILLION DOLLARS & HAS BLACK SMOKE AND HEATING & COOLING ISSUES AS WELL AS WATER ITS JUST A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE THIS GOES UP IN FLAMES LIKE THE TRIUMPH THAT THIS ONCE WAS!!!

Carnival offered me a 15% credit. I had a recording of their employee lying to us on the phone when we booked the cruise to get commission. They don't care about people and only care about money. I sent them the recording to listen to as well. They could care less, and he agreed I was misinformed on the phone. I guess that's a nice way too say lied to.
