We enjoyed our cruise. Food was great, drink package was worth the cost. Bermuda was amazing. Staff on board was friendly and helpful.

It was anxiety provoking getting on the boat. There were lines everywhere and some man, not in a carnival uniform grabbed my luggage and threw it on a cart. He claimed he was loading for the boat. Then we got yelled at for being 10 minutes too early for our assigned time. Staff at the dock were rude and unprofessional. Many people complained about the process.

We loved the dinners at Sunshine restaurant. Our favorite server was Ronaldo! He knew us by name and we enjoyed his great sense of humor and attention to all his customers needs.
Onboard Activities

There weren’t too many choices in the activities and shopping on board. The pools were over crowded and it was hard to find seating. We loved the comedy shows but they were only a few and we had to clear the lounge between acts which was weird.

Cabin was great. Staff was quick to repair our balcony door and our room attendant knew us by name. They were amazing.
The goal was to get guests to disembark one level at a time, however that isn’t what happened. At 8am, there was a mad dash for the exit. We were on deck 6 and exited our room at 8:30am. We made our way to the liquid lounge to wait. You can’t hear announcers in there which is why many were waiting in the halls. When our deck was finally called at 9:30, we waited in line in the halls for over a hour. Guests were pushing and arguing. Staff was limited. Some guest were trying to get off the boat with several pieces of luggage, which was nuts on the stairs. Kids were getting separated from families and screaming or sobbing. Thankfully I didn’t have children.
