Review summary

Staff was great. Loved our room. Food was very good. Lacked space at pool area, slow service at bar, food stations closed too early, Disembarkment was a nightmare. Will likely not travel Sunrise again.

Seating is a hassle having to call ahead even though we had an assigned time. Lines for buffet were impossible. Food areas close at 3 so it limited what and when you could eat. I barely tried anything other than dining hall.

Onboard Activities

Could not get into either pool. So tiny and not accomidating to guests of this capacity. Young kids filled the hot tubs. No rock climbing or mini golf due to high winds. Not enough lounge chairs or seating. Packed in like sardines.

Loved the cabin but my son's pull out bed was only set night one and never again. We had to do it.

Disembarkation

Awful!! We chose to carry our own luggage. There was one staircase for 2000 ppl. We were smashed against walls, sitting on stairs, having a hard time with the 90 degree heat and they were letting walkers and wheelchairs through. It was truly a bad experience.

also on sea days you can eat at the Italian restaurant for free. I personally don't eat at the buffet on any cruise line. the best buffet I experienced was on the anthem it not congested and there is room to walk around and get food.

Every cruise i have been on the lines are long at the buffett. I tend to stay away from them, just because there are to many other great options. Guys burgers, bluelguana, guys pig & anchor, lucky bowl, pizza, deli, main dining room for breakfast and lunch, bonsai sushi.
