They overall experience was outstanding, this was our fiirst trip to Cabo San Lucas & Puerto Vallarta. We so enjoyed our trip, the entertainment was awesome, the food was to die for, and your cabin attendants were simply the best. Our cabin attendant was "Reynaldo" while we do not know his last name, we wish to express our heartfelt appreciation to him for making this such a pleasant experience for us. Whenever we needed something Reynaldo was there in a flash, it was as though he was standing outside our cabin door, waiting for us to call and ask for something. What a wonderful and pleasant person he is. We bunked in Cabin 7437 on the Empress Deck, we do so want to take that cruise again and again. Thank you Carnival Cruise Lines for this experience! Pros: The Food / Entertainment / Amenities / Service / Our Cabin Attendant "Reynoldo" 7437

Cons: The only problem we had was with your alcohol beverages. They were very watered down and very expensive to boot.
