Review summary
Decorations were overdone, Not the traditional beautiful woods that I like to see on a ship. We did have fun and met some people that were very nice. The food was generally good in the dining room but the buffet was not so good. The service in the stateroom was good and we enjoyed getting room service coffee each morning. The shows were good. I think carnival should have given us a 1/2 price future cruise after having our cruise changed from Mexico to Canada. Because a balcony room on this cruise probably would not equal a balcony room on a rebooked trip for later.Ship experiences

Pros: taking long restful naps
Cons: That many others paid $299 for the trip I paid $799 with a 100 credit and the insurance was useless for this trip
