This ship was great and both my kids left wanting to stay aboard. It is a smaller ship, so we are looking forward to trying a bigger one that may offer more, but this did not disappoint, plenty to do!

We had an early arrival thinking that’s when you get on the boat, no, we had to sit forever and then they call you by zoning. If I would of known this I wouldn’t of had an early check in. They open the pools while you wait for your room, so be sure to wear your suit on.

Overall all the food and drinks were amazing. The lido bars were very slow, find alchemy bar they have the best drinks! Pizza was the best! Even though sushi is an extra charge…IT’S A MUST, we actually had the sushi boat twice!

The comedy shows were great, they had one comedian that was not very good but the others were great! We also enjoyed the deal and no deal game and love and marriage game was just funny to watch and see the couples responses!

My son choose camp ocean over everything. He loved it and couldn’t wait to go everyday! He also really enjoy the cat in the hat story session.

Most of the staff address you by name! It was so personable. The bartenders are all the friendliest and felt that they did not care when you got your drink. Our room steward and dining waiters were great! Erin our Cruise Director was the best. She had the best energy!

I’m giving this a three because the closets smelt awful and ended up making all our clothes smell, maybe bring dryer sheets, or febreze. overall our room was great and worked for us, I mean you really only use it to get dressed and sleep. Although you do have a tv, but most of the channels are all static.
Ship tip
Bring an umbrella, it rained on us at every port, so I’m glad I had one, the rain doesn’t last though, explode the port before you set up Basecamp, when we got to Turks, we got beach chairs and planted there, but eventually discovered margaritaville and that would of been a great hang out. Don’t pack beach towels, they provide them for you.
We got a cabana, which was nice but we did spend most of our time at the pool. There’s plenty of chairs around the pool. Bring cash, they take card for payment at the bar but you can’t tip with card, they only take cash.
Water was beautiful, the beach gets nicer the further you go down. If you decide to get beach chairs, don’t be afraid to bargain with them, I got 4 chairs for what they were asking for 2. If you don’t have little little ones, margaritaville is the place to hang at this port.
Beautiful! Wear shoes when you get food. It is hot hot hot on your feet. Wish your drink package worked on the island, I mean you still get free food, it’s part of carnival!
Although expensive, it was a great experience. We did the bayside market, boat tour and the Greek restaurant on South Beach. We even got up the Marlins game. 10 out of 10 for all!
They have a zillion lines (ok. Or a zillion but more then they probably need) for people with passports and one for those with birth certificates or whatever else you use to board. It took forever and the guy that checked all our paperwork was so rude!
Glad you had fun and thanks for the advice. The ships don’t have total control over what time you will board. The Port often delays boarding times. Having an early boarding time just means you will get on sooner than those who have a later time.
